Debit Notes

Do any brokerage accounts have debit cards?

I can't find anyone that offers this, I am totally sick of banks I wan't to find a brokerage account that has direct deposit and a debit card.

1. Ameritrade offers one. Whether it is a good idea is a different discussion. It can really complicate your tax reporting since things can get pretty mudddled up.
2. I don't know any US brokerage firms that do Not have a debt card. Every firm mid-sized and up has them. You may have to maintain a different account type to get one. With direct deposit, you will need a brokerage that is a bank holding company, such as MER, MS, GS. I don't know of any brokerage accounts that have direct deposit. You can direct deposit to your bank and than set up auto transfers to the brokerage account.
