1. What kind of accounting experience do you have? Do you like working with numbers? What are your 3 biggest strengths? What are your 3 biggest weaknesses? What would you do if you found a discrepancy in the books? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Those are pretty much what my firm asks when they interview for bookkeepers for our clients.
